German project - BaM Automation - Industrial Automation Services

We were subcontracted by our client on a large project for a customer in Germany, producer of wooden insulation boards. The delivery scope included a refiner system, chip transport system and a woodyard with chipper and debarker.

We designed and produced 20 meters of large cabinets for 4 switching rooms and mastered several late features and changes shortly before delivery. Our design included 2 comprehensive emergency stop systems with programmable Pilz safety relay and many sense and output circles.

We participated in start-up with more than 10 staff-months, supporting critical project phases with 2 or 3 engineers on-site.
